 Diesel exhaust gas enters through the intake port of Wanchun ZDF diesel engine exhaust purifier (hereinafter referred to as purifier), passes through the purification unit composed of multiple groups of DPF connected in parallel, DPF intercepts and captures PM when it passes through, and reduces the concentration of PM in exhaust gas. The purifier inlet is equipped with a back pressure meter, which can monitor the back pressure data after filtration of the purifier in real time. The captured particulate emissions are stored in the DPF and gradually increase to a certain amount, causing the engine back pressure to rise. When the exhaust back pressure is close to the maximum exhaust back pressure limit of the generator set, it is necessary for the staff to manually open the bypass valve. The exhaust gas is not directly discharged through the DPF filter to ensure the normal operation of the diesel unit.

Option 2: Wanchun FDF Active Regeneration Purification System

 Wanchun generator exhaust purifier regeneration system is developed by my company compressed air blowing regeneration technology. When the purifier works, the control system can monitor the back pressure data in real time. When the back pressure reaches the set value, the control system sends out a regeneration signal. At this time, the exhaust valve is closed, the electromagnetic valve is opened, and the compressed air enters the purification unit whose exhaust end has been sealed. When the compressed air is suddenly released, the instantaneous explosive force blows away the soot particles adsorbed and blocked on the DPF pores and surfaces in the reverse direction (reverse exhaust direction) and collects them in the ash storage bin, so that the DPF becomes smooth to achieve the purpose of regeneration. After the reverse blowing and ash cleaning are completed, The exhaust valve opens and returns to the normal exhaust purification state.

WanchunSCR denitration system

 Wanchun SCR denitration system uses reducing agent urea to decompose and hydrolyze into ammonia (NH3) in exhaust gas pipeline, and NH3 reacts with NOx under the action of catalyst to generate nontoxic nitrogen (N2) and water. Equipment use and maintenance

• Installed on the exhaust system near the engine exhaust port to help keep the catalyst at a suitable working temperature;       

• Install back pressure meter at air inlet to detect exhaust back pressure of main engine in real time;

• Exhaust port with automatic emergency bypass valve, when the purifier failure occurs, bypass valve automatically open to ensure safe operation of diesel engine unit;

• Clean diesel oil should be used. If the sulfur impurity is too high, it will cause catalyst poisoning, increase fuel consumption and even cause engine flameout.

•When the dust purification equipment of Wanchun diesel engine unit works, the dust removal process is controlled by electromagnetic valve in order to achieve the purpose of regeneration and cleanliness. The purging time and interval can be adjusted and set.

• Ash deposit in ash bin needs to be cleaned regularly. Remove small bottom cover to clean ash directly.

•Wanchun diesel engine exhaust purifier structure design can be disassembled, side cover plate can be removed for maintenance, side cover plate fixed by screws; maintenance is completed after a one-time installation, compression side cover plate, the end of the work.
