The oxidation type three-way catalytic converter of Wanchun methanol generator set is aimed at the treatment of CO, HC and part of NOx in methanol engine exhaust gas. The shell is made of high temperature resistant 304 material, and the interior is composed of purification unit coated with precious metals such as platinum, palladium and rhodium. When high temperature flue gas passes through the purifier, catalytic oxidation reaction is carried out to reduce the concentration of harmful gases in exhaust gas.
1, working principle
The main purpose of oxidation type three-way catalytic converter is to reduce the emission of hydrocarbon (HC), carbon monoxide (CO) and some NOx. Its oxidation principle is basically the same as that of three-way catalyst of methanol engine for HC and CO. TWC can reduce toxic HC by 75-90%, CO by 75-90%, and NOx by about 50%.
2. Process flow
After the oxidation type three-way catalytic converter is used in the engine exhaust, harmful gases enter the purifier through the exhaust pipe, and the harmful substances passing through the purifier are disposed of.

4.Instructions for use
DOC oxidation catalyst in operation, it is necessary to conduct a periodic inspection once a month, mainly to check whether the DOC catalyst is damaged, blocked, exhaust is smooth.
DOC oxidation catalyst activity will decrease after 8000 hours of operation, so DOC catalyst needs to be replaced to ensure the working efficiency of the purifier.
5. Maintenance description
The DOC oxidation catalyst requires the following operations for periodic maintenance:
1. Remove the side cover plate;
2. Loosen the carrier compression screw;
3. Take out the internal DOC catalyst carrier;
4. Blow out soot particles accumulated in DOC catalyst carrier with compressed air in reverse direction.

It is a process gradually applied to flue gas denitration of industrial boilers and power station boilers since the early 1980s, and it is also one of the most widely used and effective flue gas denitration technologies in the world at present. Wanchun SCR denitration system is an equipment that uses reducing agent urea to decompose and hydrolyze into ammonia (NH3) in flue gas pipeline, and NH3 reacts with NOx under the action of catalyst to generate non-toxic nitrogen (N2) and water. It can meet the domestic emission index requirements for NOx. It has the advantages and characteristics of safe and reliable operation, small occupation area and high denitration efficiency. It is widely used at home and abroad.
2. SCR denitration system
1. Working principle:
Urea decomposes as follows:
(NH2)CO + H2O = 2NH3 + CO2
Urea is pyrolyzed and hydrolyzed to produce ammonia, which provides raw materials for the reaction.
NH3 reacts with NOx as follows:
4NH3 + 4NO + O2 = 4N2 + 6H2O
2NH3 + NO + NO2 = 2N2 + 3H2O
8NH3 + 6NO2 = 7N2 + 12H2O

3.Operation and maintenance of denitration system
(1) Check the whole system regularly every day to see if there is leakage. If there is leakage, contact special maintenance personnel in time for treatment.
(2) Regularly check whether there is distortion, leakage and looseness of the flue expansion joint every week;
(3) Regularly check the SCR reactor's access port, inspection hole, etc. for leakage traces, loose connection parts, and damage to the connection flange gasket every week.
(4) Check the spray gun and connecting gas pipe and urea pipe regularly every week for leakage or blockage.
(5) Check regularly every week whether there are cracks in the valves of the system, whether there are leakage traces, whether the working state is normal, whether the valve stroke is sufficient, and check regularly every month whether the valves in the system are corroded and whether the equipment labels are lost.
(6) Every day, check regularly whether all pipes in the system have excessive vibration phenomenon, check regularly every week whether there are leakage traces and expansion conditions in the pipes in the system, and check regularly every month whether the pipes in the system are poorly connected and bent, whether there is blockage, and whether the supports and hangers are working normally.
(7) Regularly check whether the sensor works normally every day, whether the control cabinet is clean, and regularly check whether the label is missing every month, whether there are missing parts, and whether the inspection date has arrived.
(8) Check all platforms, guardrails, trunking and other access facilities in the system regularly every month to ensure that the above facilities are in good condition and can be used normally. nbsp;
